Updated October 10, 2026. This notice covers the Everyday Intentions website, operated by Focus State LLC.
Your intentions
This website never receives your intention text. The app stores your intention library on your devices. Website newsletter subscriptions are separate from the app and its subscription purchases.
Email updates
When you ask for launch news and product updates, we collect your email address, your explicit consent, the signup placement and the time and version of your consent. Resend handles email delivery and the newsletter audience. You must confirm by email before receiving newsletter updates.
Supabase stores our server-side subscription, consent and suppression records. Everyday Intentions shares Focus State's email infrastructure with LetterFerry, while each brand keeps its own newsletter topic and signup choice. Signing up here does not subscribe you to LetterFerry.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from Everyday Intentions stops this brand's updates. A provider-wide unsubscribe, bounce or complaint may stop all Focus State messages handled by that provider. We retain the minimum suppression and consent records needed to respect your choices; a new signup does not silently remove a provider suppression.
Previous Formspree signup records are retained separately and are not automatically enrolled in the Resend newsletter. This website no longer sends new signup requests to Formspree after the Resend release.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. The cookie fs_consent_everyday-intentions remembers your cookie choices for up to 182 days. These preferences apply only to this website.
Optional Vercel Web Analytics measures page usage. Optional Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These services run only when enabled for this release and after you choose them. We remove query strings and fragments from measurement URLs. Neither service receives your newsletter email or intention text through our integration. When configured, optional PostHog measures selected public-page, pricing and signup-request events with an anonymous in-memory browser identifier and a site identifier. Optional Sentry reports technical website errors with messages, form entries, request details and browsing breadcrumbs removed. Each requires its own enabled cookie choice. Both remain inactive until the site’s provider targets are configured. This website does not use advertising cookies or session replay.
Rejecting optional measurement leaves the website and signup available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal blocks future measurement; it cannot recall a request already sent.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests, including technical network information needed to serve and protect it. Newsletter requests use security checks and rate limits. Cookie permission is separate from permission to receive email.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction, deletion or an export of your subscription information, and object to its use. We may need to verify that you own the address. Minimal suppression records may remain to prevent unwanted email. Contact contact@focusstate.com for privacy requests.
Our hosting, database and email providers may process information outside your country. Their safeguards and privacy notices are available from PostHog, Sentry, Vercel, Supabase and Resend.
